Section on Teaching
Teaching Philosophy
The first part of this section is your teaching philosophy. Make sure you keep this document concise and specific, with a few concrete examples to exemplify your beliefs about teaching.
CEF Analysis
In this part of the section, you need to review your course evaluations for the previous five years. You should write an analysis of your teaching and your courses throughout the years, comparing your scores to the department, college, and university.
Student Comments
This section should highlight the comments about your teaching over the years, focusing on the best of the best.
Curricular Changes
This section is your chance to explain what changes you made to your courses/teaching based on student comments on your CEFs.
Peer Reviews
Each year you have a peer evaluation/review. You should include the last 5 years worth of reviews. If you can't find one, you can reach out to the department head.
